The Third Annual (2010) SEARC/STARS All You Can Eat Spaghetti Dinner

A Fund Raiser for Clatsop County Amateur Radio

Everyone is Welcome - Hams & General Public Alike
This is our major fundraiser for the year, so please help us make it successful

When: Friday, June 4th, 2010 from 4 PM to 8:30 PM (Sea-Pac Weekend)
Where: Seaside Fire Hall, 150 S. Lincoln, Seaside, OR (walking distance from Sea-Pac)

Menu:
• Green Salad with Choice of Dressings •
• Spaghetti with Sauce* & Fresh Parmesan Cheese • Garlic Bread •
• Your Choice of Meatballs or Handmade Italian Sausage* •
• Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea, Water, or Pop •
* Sauce is meat-free, for those vegetarians out there.
** spicy italian chicken sausages, handmade by our own Vice President and Spaghetti Feed Chairman, WA7PIX

One free door prize ticket with each paid dinner
Adults- $7
Special! Adult + 4 raffle tickets - $10
Children 7-12 years of age - $5
 (All admissions are $1 off with proof of Ham license -OR- proof of Sea-Pac registration)
Children 6 years of age and under - FREE with parent or guardian

Raffle Tickets:
$1 each
6 for $5
25 for $20
100 for $75

Door Prizes (must be present to win) will be given away approximately every 10-15 minutes
Raffles (need not be present to win) will be held at the end of the evening
(Last year we gave away roughly $4,500 worth of door prizes & raffles, and just like last year, YOU choose
which raffle item(s) to go for and place your ticket(s) accordingly - otherwise known as a “Chinese Auction”)

Prizes awarded for: Oldest Ham — Youngest Ham — Newest Ham — Longest Licensed Ham — Furthest from Home Ham


(The dates below are approximate at this time, based on last year's dates, and will be changed to match the pre-pay dates of Sea-Pac once their dates are announced)


Prepaid Tickets will be available starting 1 January, 2010, and will include exclusive ticket(s) for the special pre-pay raffle prize, worth a minimum of $200.00 for which ONLY prepaid attendees will be eligible.   Last year, this was an HRO Gift Certificate for $200.00 The number of tickets towards this special raffle prize (need not be present) will depend on how early you register:

2 Additional Tickets (total of 3) towards special Pre-Pay Raffle Prize
